Btec Sport Unit 3 (Personal Fitness)
This unit is what Mr Wragg and I call the ‘Gym Unit’. Basically, you must plan, do, record and review a fitness programme. I know most of you now won’t be able to access the gym. SO, I want you to think of how you can alter some gym exercises so that you can do them at home! (Bicep curl a brick for example).
